About Us

Navotua, Malakati and Naisisili are three native communities on Nacula island, Fiji, South Pacific, each running their own community homestay project. The brand new and in suite Nabukeru Homestay, also community-run, is located on the pristine northernmost Yasawa island the archipelago was named after - few lucky tourists ever step so far. The rest of our homestays are privately run by native Fijian families.

Our unique homestays are intercultural projects that help the local microeconomy of several Yasawa villages. All bures and houses were constructed on native iTaukei land that can't be leased or bought and using mostly local materials, according to traditional, centuries old architecture. Just like islanders, you will be eating the most delicious meals made by local produce from the sea and our island gardens.

When not immersed in the spectacular seas steaming with marine life and colorful coral reefs, care to explore our islands by hiking over pristine hills, lonely white sand beaches and pockets of ancient dry rainforest? Or perhaps just stay back in the village, immerse in our rich island culture and friendly Yasawan communities, relishing in the world class Fijian hospitality? If so, contact us now!
